Pokemon is really a game that needs no introduction. You are a trainer, you got to catch them all, you know the drill. Let us see if Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire would be a knock out or not very effective.
Just like any other Pokemon games, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire start with the basics. You are trainer, and you got a lengthy Pokedex to fill up, some badges to go through and a rival. Additionally, you will be investigating mega evolutions – a game feature that has started in the last title, Pokemon X and Y. This is a new type of evolution that happens during battle, something new to what we have been accustomed with the typical evolutions. If you a Charizard in the game then you can transform it into a badass dragon type Pokemon with mega evolutions using mega stones. It is like saying, its morphine time (like that of the power rangers) when the trainer hits the button for the mega evolution.
Of course, there is no hero without villains right? This time around with Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire you will be dealing with Team Aqua and Team Magma (depending on which version you are going to play with). And it is really one of the nicest experience beating these villains in the game. Well, aside from becoming the Pokemon League winner and beating the Elite 4 and of course, your rival. The story lasts around 30 hours of gameplay. As far as my experience goes with the game, it will definitely give you what your money’s worth. Not to mention, you will be getting a postgame content that will surely make consume another couple of hours for your entertainment.
Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire Rom and emulator are basically remakes of the original 2002 Nintendo Gameboy Pokemon game, thus, you will be getting authentic Ruby and Sapphire experience but with the added features and far more advanced presentation making it more fun. You will also be getting additional number of Pokemons on the list. If you haven’t played X and Y, then you probably will be having somewhat a hard time getting to know with the new Pokemons. However, the more you play the game, the easier for you to get to know them.
Overall, Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire can be enjoyed by long time fans of the franchise and if you have been away for a while, this is the perfect point to jump back in.
